Darin Tyler Wright was born and raised in East Tennessee and graduated from Roane County High School in 2017. Darin completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at South College in 2020. He decided to return to South College to pursue his graduate degree, and subsequently graduated magna cum laude with his Master of Science in Nursing in the Summer of 2023. He is a fresh-faced Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner looking to establish himself as a beacon of the future of healthcare in East Tennessee. Darin is well-versed in the management of chronic and acute disease processes, and he brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role as a Practitioner acquired through four years of inpatient Cardiovascular patient care.
Wound Care
This Nurse Practitioner has four years of inpatient Cardiovascular care experience, and comes with a wealth of knowledge pertaining to arterial & venous ulcers, pressure injuries, and other wounds requiring long-term dressings. He offers wound care services and dressing changes in the clinic, as well as patient education for self-management in the home as needed.
Remote Patient Monitoring & House Calls
Darin also provides remote patient monitoring for patients with chronic blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygenation, and/or weight/fluid retention issues. This new modality of care allows our clinic to closely monitor and address chronic health concerns, without patients having to come into the office regularly.
Additionally, Darin provides house calls for patients with acute health concerns who do not have access to adequate transportation, and are unable to make it into the clinic for issues needing prompt & timely medical care.
