Greetings!! I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, and owner of Onsite Care LLC, located in Kingston, TN.

Now phasing out of the clinic-owner role, I am currently seeking remote contract assignments, remote full-time employment, or per diem opportunities where I can put my broad clinical knowledge to work. I have independent medical malpractice coverage as well as dedicated office space, including a CLIA credentialed lab.

 

My healthcare career spans more than 30 years, beginning with early clinical and support roles. I currently hold APRN licenses in Tennessee (primary), Georgia, Ohio, Arizona, Kentucky, Utah, and Vermont. I additionally have license applications in progress/review in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and New York.

 

​My background includes family practice, internal medication, geriatric care, nephrology, and hospice, as well as medical evaluations for military and veteran populations. Skilled in direct patient care, administrative roles, remote patient monitoring, and telehealth. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked in medical billing/coding, then as a registered nurse in community hospitals, including in ICU step-down and medical-surgical units. Additional experience includes value-based care, chronic care management, risk stratification, healthcare effectiveness, disability claims compilation, and medical opinion writing.
